Each meal is low fat, clean carbs and lean protein. Approximately 350 to 400 calories. Please choose how many meals per day you would like to receive that will fit into your calorie requirements. Meals and snacks have no added sodium or preservatives.
The clean and lean plan says it all. It is a well balanced meal with lean proteins for muscle restoration, clean complex carbohydrates for energy and fibrous vegetables for your metabolism.
The weekly menu is set up for around 1,200 calories with 3 meals and 2 snacks. Women’s calorie intake should be 1,200-1,400. Men 1,600-1,800.
Meals are never frozen and low in sodium with unique spices and fresh herbs added for flavor.
It’s important to eat every few hours so snacks are recommended.
